The beauty of this service is that if you are away from your PC and you want to leave a message for yourself as a reminder, you can simply speed dial the Jott number and then say “Me” when they ask who you want to Jott.  For my clients, you can add me to your contact list and simply say “Erin” when you call to leave a Jott.  Then, if you are on the road but still want to leave me a note, you can do so and I’ll get your words in text format...

What I do is set up separate contacts in Jott using shadows of my email address and a corresponding label and filter set in Gmail to auto categorize my on the move thoughts.
