Need help with voicemail to e-mail with and exchange 2003 server

[trixbox - The Open Platform For Business Telephony] I am trying to enable the voicemail to e-mail portion. I even tried paid support for CE to get through the issue, but did not get very far due to the 'exchange' gorilla in the room.

[xda-developers] I'm guessing the voicemail would be a wav file or am I wrong? I'm not sure if I can even access it but I don't see why not.

Messing with Vonage, Skype, and the iPhone

[Thunder-Thumbs] well, it wouldn’t make sense to just go down to normal Vonage Call Forwarding to Skype, because it would be the same thing and the iPhone would never ring at all from it. The other thing I could do though, is I could try being logged on to Skype from two locations, and just leave it logged on all the time on my Desktop.

Asterisk Cisco CallManager Voicemail Integration

[VOIP-info.org Wiki Changes] If a SIP telephone registered to the Asterisk machine acting as voicemail calls through to a Callmanager user and subsequently is sent to voicemail, the call will be dropped. This can be resolved by configuring the device in sip.conf as something like [sipexten] (eg: [sip7222]) rather than [exten] (eg: [7222]).

[VOIP-info.org Comments] When doing so, you will be able to use Trixbox instead of "pure" Asterisk which will make life a little easier if you are unfamilliar with Asterisk configuration. However, when it comes down to things like securing the setup, and troubleshooting you will be better of when you actually know what's going on.

Voicemail notification plays my Text Message ringtone

[Samsung Instinct] Every time I get a voicemail notification, it plays the ringtone that I've assigned to my text messages. I have a separate ringer assigned for voicemail but it always plays my text ringer.
