[Cheapest Voip Services] I am looking for a VOIP phone and service combination that alows me to recieve voicemail and automatically notify me if I have voicemail even when I recieve the voicemail when im out of a hotspot. Also I am interested in phones that support caller ID (I am not even sure if this is possible with VOIP.
